What does Ausmodshop do?
Ausmodshop Pty Ltd (ABN 46 640 938 478) is an Australian owned, located, and operated manufacturer and distributor of high quality eSports products and accessories. With a focus on quality products, excellent customer service, and fast order processing, we are here to support the Australia, New Zealand, Oceanic, and International gaming community!
Where are you located?
Our warehouse and all of our stock is located in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
What are your business hours?
We are open 9AM-5PM every business day (this does not include weekends and WA public holidays).
Orders Placed before 1PM AEST (11AM AWST) ship same day!* (does not include weekends or public holidays)
We are not open on weekends so support emails and orders placed after Friday afternoon will be answered/processed on Monday (or next business day).
Do you accept change of mind returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns/refunds
Do your products have a warranty?
Most products we sell comes with a different manufacturer warranty and warranty duration. These warranty durations are strictly enforced on Ausmodshop by our suppliers and we are obliged to pass on this enforcement. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as you establish you have a faulty product.
Do Mouse Pads come with a warranty?
Mouse pads are considered consumable products and thus do not come with a warranty. For major faults found with your mouse pad upon arrival please contact our support.
Can I pickup my order?
Unfortunately we are an online only store and cannot cater for any pickup orders
How long does order processing take?
We strive (but do not guarantee) to ship all orders placed before 1PM AEST same-day* on business days. We do not operate on weekends.
Our Auspost and StarTrack courier pickups occur around 1PM on business days.
*Unless your order contains a custom/modded product where build time is shown on the product page.(excluding weekends and public holidays)
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight, shipping location, and cubic size. You can use the shipping estimator on the cart page or during checkout to get the exact shipping price for your order.
International shipping is available and calculated after you enter your address during checkout.
Note: shipping transit times are not guaranteed and no refunds are provided for late shipments
Can I track my order?
Yes all our shipping options come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you.
What payment options are available?
We accept all credit and debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Paracord Mouse Cables FAQ
Do your paracord cables support my mouse?

What do I get?
You will receive a paracord specific to to the length and colour you chose with a black USB-A connector on one end and a JST connector to match your mouse brand/model on the other. The cable also comes with 2 black pieces of heat shrink and one clear piece of heat shrink ready for install.
What is the 3D printed stress relief option?
If you choose the 3D printed stress relief option you will get a custom designed and printed plastic piece on the end of your paracord that makes installation quick, easy, and removes any need to heat shrink.
What internal wires do you use?
We use the highest quality German manufactured PVC 30AWG 0.05mm² 51 strand class 6 flexibility bare copper wires. (each Paracord contains 4 of these wires)What is Class 6 Flexibility?
Class 6 flexibility is defined under the IEC 60228 standard on conductors of insulated cables as the most flexible conductor obtainable.
Do you do Micro USB and USB-C cables?
Yes we can make any of our paracord cables with a Micro USB connector or USB-C connector. Expand the paracord option in our menu to choose between these cables.
