Where are you located?

Our warehouse and all of our stock is located in Perth, WA.

 

Can I pickup my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cater for any pickup orders

 

How long does order processing take?

We strive to ship all orders placed before 2PM AEST same-day*.

*If your order contains a paracord mouse cable that needs to be hand made and tested we typically ship in 1-2 business days.(excluding weekends and public holidays)

 

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping (5-10 business days) is $6.50 and FREE for orders over $50

Express shipping (1-3 business days) is $10

International shipping is available and calculated after you enter your address during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes all our shipping options come with an Auspost tracking number that will be emailed to you.

 

Do you do Micro USB and USB-C cables?

Yes we can make any of our paracord cables with a Micro USB connector or USB-C connector. Expand the paracord option in our menu to choose between these cables.

 

Paracord Mouse Cables FAQ

What do I get?

You will receive a paracord specific to to the length and colour you chose with a black USB-A connector on one end and a JST connector to match your mouse brand/model on the other. The cable also comes with 2 black pieces of heat shrink and one clear piece of heat shrink ready for install.

 

What is the 3D printed stress relief option?

If you choose the 3D printed stress relief option you will get a custom designed and printed plastic piece on the end of your paracord that makes installation quick, easy, and removes any need to heat shrink.

 

What internal wires do you use?

We use the highest quality German manufactured PVC 30AWG 0.05mm² 51 strand class 6 flexibility bare copper wires. (each Paracord contains 4 of these wires)

What is Class 6 Flexibility?

Class 6 flexibility is defined under the IEC 60228 standard on conductors of insulated cables as the most flexible conductor obtainable.
