Shipping policy

Same day dispatch: We ship orders every weekday (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) and aim to get all orders placed before 3PM AEST (1PM AWST) shipped out on the same day! Each product page features an order cut-off countdown timer, providing a precise deadline for placing your order to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after this cutoff will ship out on the next business day.

On particularly busy days, such as after long weekends or public holidays, we may occasionally miss this target due to the overwhelming support and inquiries from our valued customers 💙

Products such as  paracords, PCBs, and other custom made-to-order products take 1-2 weeks to be built, tested, and shipped, so will not ship same day.

The shipping calculator on the cart page can be used to determine shipping rates.

It is the customers responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. In the case that an incorrect address is provided we will not provide freight refunds and you will be charged for any return/re-shipping fees as well as a restocking fee.

StarTrack shipping

StarTrack is a premium express parcel delivery service that, on average, deliver in 1-2 business days (transit time begins next business day after fulfillment). This is NOT a guarantee and refunds will not be provided if StarTrack take longer to deliver your parcel.

All StarTrack parcels are sent with Authority To Leave (ATL) by default and this cannot be changed. This means by choosing the StarTrack option you are authorizing the package to be left in a safe location at your delivery address if nobody is home. Please note we will not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen. If you require a card to be left in your absence please choose the Auspost shipping option.

If you reject a shipment and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.

Auspost shipping

We offer both Express and Standard Auspost shipping services.

Express - Typically between 2-5 business days.

Standard - Typically between 5-10 business days.

These estimates are NOT a guarantee and refunds will not be provided if Auspost take longer to deliver your parcel.

All Australia Post parcels are sent with signature on delivery by default. However, you may request ‘safe drop’ (leave without signature) via the Australia Post app or by entering your tracking number into the Auspost website. Please note: if you choose this option, we are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you reject a shipment and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.

 

 

New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand via Auspost who hand the parcel over to NZPost once it arrives in New Zealand. Please use the NZPost website to track your parcels final delivery leg.

If you reject a shipment and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.

 

 

International Shipping

U.S. Shipping - All import duties, taxes, tariffs, and fees for U.S. bound shipments are fully prepaid. No additional charges on delivery.

Please note that any duties and taxes applicable in your country are not included in our product or shipping prices, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Additionally, any handling or processing fees charged by your local postal or customs authorities may also apply and are not covered by our shipping charges.

We do NOT ship to package forwarding services. If you use a package forwarding service as your delivery address and your package is lost in transit, fails to arrive, or is rejected by the forwarder, we cannot offer any compensation or support.

We ship to many countries around the world including USA, Canada, Germany, UK, Japan, Singapore, India, and many more! If you do not see any shipping options during checkout for your country then unfortunately we cannot ship to your region at this point in time.
