Refund policy
We honour the manufacturer's warranty provided with many of the products we sell. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for a repair or replacement under warranty, the product must meet the criteria outlined in the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
For any major problems with your order please contact us within 30 days of receival and we will provide assistance/support.

Change of mind returns
Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns/refunds once the items packaging has been opened (such as ordering the wrong size product etc).
We may, at our discretion, accept change of mind returns under the following conditions: Within 30 days of purchase, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn/unused, in its original packaging, with all factory seals intact. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can provide support.
Discounts and coupons
Discount codes and coupons are only applicable to specific items within our store. Cables, feet, grips, and other small accessories can be discounted however large items such as Custom Mice and Mouse Pads cannot be discounted and prices are 'as is' in the store.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (usually 2-4 business days).
For RMA/Warranty returns we can supply a return label for orders within Australia. For international customers we can reimburse the cost of return shipping.
Requests to cancel and refund Afterpay orders will incur a 7% cancellation fee which is removed from the refund total.
Pricing Errors
Ausmodshop reserves the right to cancel/refund orders that have been priced incorrectly or in error
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide your correct delivery address. In the case that an incorrect address is provided we will not provide refunds and return/re-shipping fees will be charged.
Requests to leave in safe place or without signature
By default we send all packages with request signature or name at point of delivery. If you request to 'leave in safe place' through Auspost (or any other carrier) and the package is delivered according to Auspost's (or any other carrier) tracking system then you are not eligible for any refund.
