Warranty & Returns Policy

We honour the manufacturer’s warranty period provided with all products we sell. All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for a repair, replacement, or other warranty remedy, the product must meet the conditions outlined in the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any remedies provided will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

If you experience any major issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it and our support team will be happy to assist.

Change of Mind Returns

We do accept change of mind returns on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns or refunds for items that have had their packaging opened, including cases where the incorrect size, colour, or variant was ordered.

At our discretion, we may accept a change of mind return if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when received
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • All factory seals remain fully intact and unopened

Approved change of mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can provide support.


Discount Codes & Coupons

Discount codes and coupons are only applicable to selected items within our store. Small accessories such as cables, mouse feet, and grips may be eligible for discounts, however larger items such as custom mice and mouse pads are generally excluded and priced as listed.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund (typically 2–4 business days).

For Australian RMA/warranty returns, we may provide a return shipping label. For international customers, return shipping costs may be reimbursed where applicable.

Requests to cancel and refund Afterpay orders will incur a 7% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.


Pricing Errors

Ausmodshop reserves the right to cancel or refund orders that have been incorrectly priced or listed in error.


Incorrect Delivery Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, refunds will not be issued and any return or re-shipping fees will be payable by the customer.


Authority to Leave / Safe Place Deliveries

By default, all parcels are shipped with signature on delivery or proof of delivery requirements.

If you request for a parcel to be left in a safe place or without signature through Australia Post or another shipping carrier, Ausmodshop will not be liable for loss, theft, or missing parcels once the tracking status confirms successful delivery.
