Balance pad but hybrid which means it can resist moisture and sweat better than regular knitted fabric. Also almost identical X and Y axis friction.
Oceanus Premium V2 is a hybrid surface pad with very tiny interwoven fibers that prevent unwanted friction on the wrist or arm. Because the static friction is minimal and the dynamic friction is moderate, making it a neutral mouse pad.

Fast Flowy Tracking Pad
"I have the founders edition green (which I got a stain on and am now very upset with myself) and highly rate this pad. It is the fastest of the QUAOAR lineup and fits itself nicely in the fast-balanced category. Static-Dynamic balance is fantastic, and really easy to get the mouse moving for tracking games. I am a big fan of textured pads, and find this to still be quite smooth; I really don't think even sensitive skin is going to have a problem with this one. The SlimFlex base is pretty soft; I would not recommend using dots skates on this one or your mouse will likely bottom out unless you are a fingertip gripper. The base is also not super sticky like some of my other poron/alphacell bases, so you may find it moves around on your desk if you are very heavy handed; I have found it has moved after some gaming sessions, and I'm pretty light on my mouse. The quality is great, stitching is flawless, and the edges are nice and soft and below the surface of the pad."
