"reading through the wooting discord lead me to believe the friction fit pad drastically altered the sound signature, to be more muted and tight sounding. while i can confidently say it didn't do that for my board, it does allow for a more uniform sound signature. on the plus side, ausmodshop got it to me in under 24 hours after being marked posted, so you win some you lose some i suppose"
